Man Fatally Shot Outside Tarzana Home During Robbery, Police Say
A man was shot to death over the weekend by suspects during a robbery outside a home in Tarzana, police say.
TARZANA, CA -- A man was shot to death by one of three suspects outside a home in Tarzana over the weekend, police say.
The shooting occurred a little after 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the 18200 block of Sugarman Street, according to a sergeant at the Los Angeles Police Department's West Valley station.
The victim, a 24-year-old man, was ``parked in a driveway at the location'' with another man, when they were ordered out of the vehicle by the suspects, said Officer Drake Madison of the LAPD's Media Relations Section.

``One of the suspects fired at the victim while he was still seated (in the vehicle),'' Madison said.
Officers arriving on the scene reported that they came upon the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to an LAPD news statement, adding that the suspects fled the scene in an unknown vehicle.

The suspects robbed the men before fleeing. No description was released.
The victim died at an area hospital at about 4 a.m. Sunday, police said.
The two men inside the vehicle were part of a group renting a room at the Sugarman Street address on Airbnb to celebrate a birthday, according to media reports.
