Singer Tom Petty's 9,076-square-foot Encino home is on the market for a cool $3.575 million, according to LAist.com.
Curbed LA reports that in 1987 an arsonist set fire to a wooden staircase gutting the structure except for Petty's basement recording studio. Within two years the entire five-bedroom, eight-bathroom manse was rebuilt with a Frank Lloyd Wright twist.
