Tori Spelling's Encino Home on the Market for $3.19 Million

With a third baby on the way, the famous couple has listed their home for sale.

Former Beverly Hills, 90210 star Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott have listed their Encino home for $3.19 million.

Built in 2001, the 6,718-square-foot Tuscan-style home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The estate also features a pool, several fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, a custom-built walk-in closet in the master bedroom, parquet flooring throughout, and even a “silver leaf ceiling,” according to Realtor.com.

Spelling and McDermott moved from Westwood to Encino in 2008 with their two children. Last week on Twitter, the couple announced that a third baby is on way.
