SigAlert Issued For North County Freeway
Traffic was slow Wednesday afternoon in North County.
ESCONDIDO, CA -- A SigAlert was issued Wednesday afternoon for a North County freeway. The alert was issued at 4:24 p.m. on northbound Interstate 15 near state Route 78, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At least two lanes were blocked, the CHP said.
