Traffic Alert: Motorcyclist Down On North County Freeway

ESCONDIDO, CA -- An ambulance was called Monday afternoon to a report of a motorcyclist down on a North County freeway. The incident was reported at 2:15 p.m. on eastbound state Route 78 near Nordahl, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP incident log said the motorcyclist was down on the off-ramp.
