14 Wildfires Now Raging Throughout California: SEE LIST, PHOTOS
#RockyFire began Wednesday in Lake Co. and already at 8,000 acres. Triple-digit temps making things worse.

On Wednesday evening, there were 14 large wildfires burning in California including several that are on the National Forest and nearing full containment.
With the extremely challenging weather conditions, firefighters were able to contain the dozens of wildfires that sparked, but the drought caused dry vegetation coupled with the windy conditions allowed 5 of the wildfires to rapidly grow and threaten homes.
