Argentinian Flavor Invades Maranello Monday Night
Maranello Restaurant will prepare a five-course dinner to be paired with a selection of wines of the Argentine.

is inviting any and all to indulge in a night of Argentinian wine pairing and enlightenment Monday beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Enjoy this special chance to speak with chef Gabriel Glasier as he prepares a special five-course dinner paired with Argentinian wines from Paul Hobbs Winery of Sebastopol. Guest speaker Gaston Lezack from Paul Hobbs will also attend.
"We will have everyone in our front dining room to enjoy the food and wine together," said Maranello owner Gayle Hensler.

Glasier will be present to describe the food while Lezack adds information about the wine, infusing a bit of Argentinian-inspired flavor to the event.
"Chef (Glasier) will pair the courses with different wines and on one of the courses, he has two paired, so guests can see the difference and taste changes in the wine through the food," Hensler said.
