She gave several tips on how business owners can find success, sprinkling in humor along the way. Among her tips:
-Set up more streams of income by adding new projects and services.

-Develop a hook (intrigue) and a brand (recognizability) then use them to come up with an offer. She mentioned Subway's "$5 Footlong" and Staples' "Easy Button" campaigns as clever ways to land customers.
In other chamber news, officials welcomed new members from Coldwell Banker and Lyon Real Estate.
A moment of silence was held for the late , the longtime chamber leader who passed away earlier this month.
"What he has done for our chamber over the years has been wonderful," chamber president Chris Meyer said.
