A Carmichael woman was arrested late Sunday evening in Elk Grove for driving under the influence, according to Elk Grove Police Department records.
Rachel Winzer, 43, was arrested at about 11:30 p.m. at Bellaterra Drive and Castelli Way, after she was stopped while driving for a vehicle code violation, according to EGPD records.
Upon contact, Winzer displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests, Elk Grove police said.

Winzer was released Monday, Officer Christopher Trim said.
