It's a return to the weekend and a return of the . For those looking to get out and do some garage sale hunting, be sure to bring the sun block along with whatever receptical for all that garage sale booty.

From an estate sale, moving sales, yard sales and more, there are more than a few happening in Fair Oaks this weekend. Here are a few highlights. Be sure to check the area and let us know if there are other we can feature.

• Estate Sale: July 21 only - Saturday July 21st. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Near Hazel and Madison Ave. Will Post Address Friday July 20. Items for sale include: washer and dryer, refrigerator, desk, entertainment center, Fisher Stereo (no turntable) with large speakers, twin beds, double-size bed, dresser, sofa, end tables with matching coffee table, unused garage door opener (no track, opener only), recliner and much more. Purchases are cash-only.
• Curragh Oaks Lane: Art, books and more! Saturday, July 21 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Bob Mackie collector Barbies, 1990s Barbies and clothes, with fully furnished house. Camping gear! Beautiful wrought iron glass topped dinning table with four chairs and other furniture. Framed art ready to hang. Costume jewelry. Books and clothing.
• Garage Sale: 7811 Deborah Lane Saturday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Teen girls cloths from sizes 0 to 5, two prom dresses size 4-6, boots, shoes, jackets, books, chairs, games, toys, Littlest Pet Shop, stuffed animals, bike seats, book shelves, antique twin platform bed, nice ice skates, doll clothes and much more.
