Care Provider for Elderly Female

Position: Female Care Provider

Duties: A family is searching for a female care provider to assist in caring for their 75-year-old mother. The mother is from Pakistan, so care provider would need to speak English and Hindu or Urdu or English and Punjabi. The provider will need to assist in everyday functions. Duties include light cooking, preparing meals, helping her walk around for exercise, giving her medications and driving her around to appointments and occasional social visits. Patient is diabetic, so will also need to check blood sugars and administer insulin. Position if fulltime, Monday through Saturday. Must have five to 10 years of experience in providing in-home care for elderly patients. Must also have dependable transportation of your own, clean DMV record and allow a background check and drug screen.

Compensation: $2000.00 per month, plus additional compensation for mileage as needed.

Position: Part-Time Park Aid

Duties: The Fair Oaks Recreation and Park District is searching for a part-time park aid. Some duties include: clean and maintain parks and facilities, perform construction, maintenance and repair work, operate and maintain vehicles, cut and haul trees, assist in installing and maintaining irrigation systems, answer and provide direction to the public regarding park ordinance, rules and regulations. High school diploma or GED required. Hours are Sunday through Saturday from 6 to 10 p.m.

Compensation: $8.09 per hour.

Medical Spa

Position: Part-Time Front Office Assistant

Duties: A medical spa in Fair Oaks is searching for a front office assistant to provide administrative support to the staff. Looking for someone with an excellent problem-solving skills who pays with attention to detail, great communication and multitasking skills. Assistant will need to provide customer service, schedule appointments and handle transactions, sell or up-sell products and services, opening and closing cash management, help maintain spa cleanliness, answer multiple phones, handle confidential records, have knowledge of cosmetic procedures and medical services, assist in daily operations and market cosmetic procedures and medical spa services. Must be flexible and willing to work weekends and evenings. Must have previous experience working as a receptionist in a day spa, retail cosmetic sales or medical office. Must have professional manner and appearance.

Position: Part-Time Assistant/Receptionist

Duties: A Fair Oaks property management company is searching for an assistant to perform administrative and clerical duties, which include scanning documents, answering phone calls, data entry and able to trouble shoot problems with tenants and owners. Must have excellent communication and administration skills, multi-tasking skills, and have ability to work in a small team environment with constant pressure. Must have reliable transportation. Experience preferred.

Compensation: $10 to $12 DOE with bonuses and mileage reimbursement.
