Compensation: $750.00 per file, plus buyer leads. Pay is per file. Pay includes TC processing.

Position(s): Health club supervisor
Duties: The Supervisor ensures that their health club achieves financial success, provides the industry's best member experience, and exhibits a team driven environment. The Supervisor represents the vision of the health club to staff, members, and to the community.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed production and performance goals.
- Consistently maintain a clean, organized, and fun environment for staff, members, and potential members.
- Create raving fans out of our members through outstanding customer service that fosters club satisfaction and referrals.
- Help maintain operations according to the health club's policies and protocols at all times.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have passion for fitness with a commitment to personal fitness goals.
- Proven track record of success in fitness, retail, customer service, and/or hospitality management.
- Must possess effective and dynamic leadership skills.
- Customer service, staff development, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work during club peak hours which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Compensation: Hourly or Salary DOE with possibility of commissions.

Association Management Firm
Position(s): Part-time administrative assistant
Duties: An Administrative Assistant provides assistance to the Community Manager in the associations in which they manage. This is a fast-paced, high-call/paperwork/email volume position. Handles a large volume of the calls to and from the members, such as, but not limited to assessment collections, deed restrictions, architectural issues, facility rentals, and any other general calls regarding the Association.
- Assist members as necessary, direct the member to the proper resource and document the call.
- Receive large volume of emails, respond accordingly and document the email.
- Process vendor works orders, violations, hearing fine letters, etc.
- Assist with preparation of monthly board package and meetings.
- Assist the Community Manager with day to day responsibilities.
- Other general administrative duties including, but not limited to, daily mailing, copies, emails and filing.
Compensation: $11.00-$13.00 per hour; part-time; Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Position(s): Part-time shift leaders
Duties: Responsible for interacting with customers and managing customer issues on assigned shift. Ensure work is performed safely, timely and quality manner consistent with guidelines.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure adherence to quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards consistent with guidelines.
- Coordinate front and back of the unit on assigned shift.
- Coordinate and assign duties and supervise personnel.
- Ensure Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA), local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met.
- Actively listens and communicates timely, clearly, and accurately with management team and team members.
- Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory levels.
- Ensure all company policies met on assigned shift.
Experience/Education/Training:
- Minimum one-year experience
- Some supervisory experience in Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR).
- ServSafe certified preferred.
- Able to speak, read, and write effectively in English.
- Able to perform basic business math skills.
- Able to stand and walk for approximately 95% - 100% of shift.
- Able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds.
- Able to work flexible hours.
Compensation: $9.50 per hour.
