Heroes of Wildlife Appeal
Support nonprofit Wildlife Care Association giving birds and small animals in our region injured, orphaned or displaced a second chance!
The Wildlife Care Association depends on local support to save thousands of small birds and animals. Please join us for the 12th Annual Nuts & Berries Event on Sunday, December 13th from 6:30p - 9p at the Lion’s Gate Hotel Ballroom at McClellan Park. Donations are always welcome from residents and local business for our Silent Auction and Raffle, a primary source of funding the rescue, recovery and release of wildlife in the region.
Have your picture taken with an Ambassador like Nala, an owl injured too severely for release now helping educate and entertain in schools and fundraising events. Mark your calendar for this wonderful evening in appreciation of our local natural world, environment and quality of life with these heroes of wildlife.
The Wildlife Care Association puts 88 cents of every dollar directly into saving wildlife, and 98% of the care is provided by local community volunteers!
