Elijah Cowan, from his residence on Gunn Road in Carmichael, has returned home and reunited with his mother, Sacramento County Sheriff's officials have announced.
Cowan, 11, was discovered missing shortly after 4 a.m. Tuesday. He was considered to be-at risk due to his age.
