New charges have been filed against a , according to Sacramento County Sherifff's Department records.
Matthew Jones, 18, remains in the Sacramento County Main Jail. He faces felony charges of burglary and a lewd act on a child under 14 years of age using force/violence/duress, according to county Sheriff's Department records online.
Jones' bail has been set at $1.35 million. His next court dats is Thursday at 8:30 a.m.
