Police Seek CVS Pharmacy Shoplifter

Sacramento County Sheriff's Department deputies seek information in connection with a woman caught leaving  with items not paid for.

According to the deputy report, on July 29 the female suspect entered the pharmacy, removed items from the shelf, and placed them in a tote bag. She then walked past the point of sale without making any attempt to pay for the items. When stopped by an employee, the suspect dropped most of the stolen merchandise and fled. According to the report, an employee stated the suspect still had an unknown amount of property on her person when she left. Some of the stolen merchandise was recovered near the front door to the business.

The suspect is described as a white female, approximately 28-years-old, weighing 110 pounds and 5-feet-2-inches. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Burglary suspect still at large

A Fair Oaks woman returned to her Illinois Avenue home on July 30 to find her back door broken open and much of her personal property gone.

According to the Sheriff's deputies, the victim was gone out of town. During this time, unknown suspects forcibly entered her unoccupied residence by prying open a side door. Suspect(s) removed cash, jewelry, and a duffle bag containing musical electronics. No suspect was seen or heard.
