District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert encourages Sacramento County residents to attend a National Night Out (NNO) neighborhood event to help send a unified message that neighborhoods are working together to stop crime.
NNO is a once-a-year opportunity for citizens, members of public safety, civic groups, businesses, neighborhood organizations and local officials to come together in solidarity and celebration of community safety.

Neighborhoods throughout Sacramento County will host parties with a wide range of family friendly activities, including barbeques, ice cream socials and pool parties.
Not only is NNO a fun night for all, it heightens awareness about crime prevention and generates community support and participation in local anti-crime efforts.
