Weekend Weather: Cooler Temperatures in Store
The National Weather Service is predicting highs in the low 80s with a chance of showers and thunderstorms across the Sacramento region Friday.

There's a good chance this Memorial Day weekend could get a little wet and a lot cooler, according to the National Weather Service.
Here's what the weather may look like:
Saturday, May 26: Mostly sunny thoughout the daytime hours, with a high near 72. South wind between 8 and 10 mph. At night it will be partly cloudy, with a low around 51, south by southwest winds around 7 mph.

Sunday, May 27: Sunday will be sunny, with a high near 81, a south wind around 6 mph. At night expect mostly clear skies, with a low around 52.
Memorial Day, May 28: It will be sunny, with a high near 80. Mostly clear at night, with a low around 52.

Beginning at 10 a.m. ceremony master of events Tom Askins will lead a musical program provided by the American Veterans Band, conducted by Warren ‘Bud’ Turner.
