1. Mid-Autumn Festival - Food, Music & Kids' Zone 2019: Millbrae

A traditional Asian celebration, the Mid-Autumn Festival will feature music, food stands, a cooking demonstration and a kids' zone along Broadway.

2. 49th Annual Belmont Greek Festival

Celebrate a Labor Day weekend of Greek culture with delicious food and live entertainment, plus dancing, music, children’s rides and activities. 3. Kings Mountain Art Fair 2019: Woodside.

This extravaganza runs Saturday to Monday in a stunning redwood setting, and includes a highly-regarded art show, plus, great food options, beer, wine and children-focused activities in "Kiddie Hollow." Something for everyone! Arrive early and enjoy a pancake breakfast.
Proceeds benefit the volunteer fire brigade and a local school.
4. Up-Close Otter & Bobcat Feedings: CuriOdyssey, San Mateo.

This science-friendly museum and zoo is typically closed on Mondays, but will be open this year on Labor Day. The kids will enjoy learning about CuriOdyssey's critter care and watching the feedings of otters (12 p.m.) and bobcats ( 1 p.m.), plus the 11 a.m. "Animals In Action" portion, hosted by the trainers, along with interactive science exhibits. This Peninsula gem, located at Coyote Point Park, has been a family favorite since 1954.
5. 'Yoga Flow' For All Levels: New Leaf, Half Moon Bay.
