BART Joins National Engineers Week, Announces Job Opportunities
"There are tremendous opportunities for professional development," Systems Engineering Group Manager Jonas V. Radstrom said.

As part of National Engineers Week, BART is sharing stories about its various engineering divisions all week, ending with a Q&A on Twitter Friday, transit officials said.
The Q&A will take place from noon to 1 p.m. Pacific time on Twitter Friday, and every day of the week leading up to that a different area of BART engineering will take the spotlight, according to transit officials.
On Monday, the four divisions of BART's systems engineering group got a look. The divisions are train control engineering, which keeps the trains running on time; communications engineering, which deals with data networks; fare collection engineering and computer science engineering.
