A great opportunity for anybody who's ever thought about real estate: very practical orientation, FULLY ACCREDITED!! And these are real classes with a real, live (and experienced) professor and extra experts to help you learn it right (these are not just mail-order classes or staring at a little computer screen).
Summer Real Estate Principles 100 (Course Registration Number 50730, Monday and Wednesday evenings). Only 8 weeks. Your usual first recommended RE course. Gives you the foundational concepts, legal principles, and vocabulary for most of the specialized or advanced RE courses. Summer Real Estate Practrice 110 is NOW FULL, sorry folks. However, you may sign up Now for Fall Real Estate Practice 110 (Course Registration Number 95228). Career explorations and the roles of sales agents. Class will meet Wednesday evenings beginning 17 August, but sign up now to have the best chance of getting in. Counts towards license.

COLLEGE OF SAN MATEO is a local public, not-for-profit community college. All are welcome at CSM and the campus is very easy to get to, with plenty of parking, from almost anywhere in the greater regional area. (Just three blocks up on Hilsdale Blvd from Freeway 92.)
