Sunday, July 3rd LAST DAY!! Girl Scout Book Drive at FC Safeway
Please bring books for children, teens, and adults that are in good condition to our donation bin to benefit local Ronald McDonald House.
Foster City Girl Scout Troop 30436 is holding a book drive June 26-July 3 to benefit a local Ronald McDonald House, which is a non-profit organization that houses families of hospitalized pediatric cancer patients undergoing treatment. Since the focus of the family is on the cancer patient, siblings and household members understandably don't get the same level of attention.
The Cadettes are raising funds to build a welcoming reading area for families staying at the House and are collecting good quality books to fill the bookshelves. Please bring gently used books for children, teens, and adults to our donation bin outside Safeway in Foster City. Thank you!
