C.J. Wilson Set to Make Angels Debut
The former Baron will try to get the Halos back in the win column today when he takes the hill in Minnesota.

C.J. Wilson won't get to make his Angels debut in front of the hometown fans, but after two lackluster games in a row, he can certain make them a lot happier if he pitches well today at Target Field in Minnesota.
The lefty, who played his high school ball for Fountain Valley High, will take the mound for his first start as an Angel today against the Twins as the Angels look to snap an early two-game losing streak. After a brilliant outing Friday night by staff ace Jered Weaver, Halos starters Dan Haren and Ervin Santana each looked shaky in the final two games of the Angels' opening series at home against Kansas City, both Angel losses.
Wilson looks to stop the bleeding for the Angels in his first start after a solid spring on the mound. He's coming off a 16-win season a year ago, as well as a second straight World Series appearance with the Rangers.
