Dogs Will Be Asked to Move It at Bark-toberfest

Family event includes free hot dogs, crafts for kids.

Sit. Stay. Shhh.

Whether those commands are for the dog or the kids, such instructions probably won't be necessary at Bark-toberfest on Oct. 15 at Mile Square Regional Park, where being on the move will be encouraged, and quiet won't be expected.

The O.C. Hiking Club will lead two dog walks—one at 11 am. and another at 1 p.m. Other activities will include children's craft-making, and the Orange County Employees Association will provide free hot dogs—while supplies last. Each four-legged dog must be on 6-foot leash.
