Flooding Closes North PCH at Warner
High tides and rain shut down the road near Sunset Beach.
Northbound Pacific Coast Highway has been closed at Warner Avenue near Sunset Beach because of some flooding due to a combination of high tide and the overnight rains, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department.
