Leg Crushed in Industrial Mishap
Man is injured Friday afternoon at Air Products in Huntington Beach.
A man working in an industrial plant in Huntington Beach crushed his leg in an accident Friday and was taken to a local hospital.
The mishap occurred about 12:45 p.m. at the Air Products company, 5671 Engineer Drive, said Cal OSHA spokesman Peter Melton.
As the worker was cleaning a machine, his leg got stuck between two moving parts and the lower part of the limb was crushed, Melton said.
