Master Chef Martin Yan to Visit Fountain Valley Regional Hospital

Master Chef Martin Yan is bringing his unique talents to Orange County when he
visits Fountain Valley Regional Hospital’s cafe on April 18.

The celebrated host of more than 2,000 cooking shows broadcast worldwide,  Yan enjoys distinction as a certified Master Chef, a highly respected food consultant, a cooking instructor and a prolific author. His diverse talents have found expression in 26 cookbooks, including the award winning Martin Yan’s Feast and his latest, Martin Yan’s China and Martin Yan’s Quick & Easy.

Chef Yan will visit the hospital from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to debut a new Asian menu created specifically for Morrison Healthcare Food Services, which manages Fountain Valley Regional Hospital’s food-service operations.

Presented in conjunction with Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Morrison Healthcare Food Services, Chef Yan will work with the culinary staff as well as meet with employees and guests to present his signature recipes and products.
