MemorialCare Named to Best Workplaces List for 2nd Straight Year

Fountain Valley-based MemorialCare Health System is among a select group of 27 employers worldwide recognized with the prestigious Gallup Great Workplace Award.

Based on the most rigorous workplace research ever conducted, the award honors organizations whose employee engagement results demonstrate they have the most productive and engaged workforces in the world. Winners span the globe, representing businesses from health care to hospitality, retail to manufacturing, and banks to insurance.

The only 2012 Gallup honoree headquartered in California, MemorialCare Health System joins current and past Gallup Great Workplace recipients including Hyatt Hotels, Campbell Soup, Starbucks, Mars and Nationwide.
