New Chase Bank Building on Planning Agenda
The 3,400-square-foot building would be located at the Shell gas station site on Garfield Avenue.

Plans for a new 3,400-square foot Chase Bank building will be on the table Wednesday night at the regular meeting of the Fountain Valley Planning Commsision.
The building would be located at 9025 Garfield Avenue, and the proposal also includes plans to remove the from the site, which is owned by Harry Naeim. The proposal is being made in Naeim's behalf by Stantec Architects, and it's not known whether Naeim has plans to sell the land. An employee at the Shell station was not aware as of Monday afternoon of any plans to close the station.
