The OC Health Care Agency is asking for your assistance. Currently, the OC Health Care Agency is conducting a survey of attitudes toward vaccination for #OCCOVID19, which will be of great assistance in planning for distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available. It will take less than five minutes to fill out a simple questionnaire regarding your attitude about being vaccinated against COVID-19.
