A reckless-driving suspect led officers on a 15-minute chase early Friday morning that began in Fountain Valley, passed through Westminster and ended in Garden Grove, where the man finally pulled over.
Police began following the suspect's SUV because it had what looked like collision damage, Fountain Valley Police Sgt. Kham Vang told a news photographer at the intersection of Hazard Avenue and Brookhurst Street, where the suspect pulled over around 12:45 a.m.
