School Board Set to Finalize New District Boundaries
The board has 3 options on the table as well as a tentative timeline for the transition.

At its regular meeting Thursday night, the Board of Trustees will consider whether to approve proposed new boundary lines for the district.
The board was presented with three possible configurations for the new boundary lines, which are being redrawn in response to the board's .
Whatever option the board selects will go into effect for the 2012-13 school year, and will be followed by a comprehensive transition plan. The plan will be prepared by administration and staff and will promote full awareness of the new boundaries, explanation of various choices available through the school choice process and information about staff placement.

The district has also prepared a tentative timeline for the implementaion of the new boundaries, starting with the mailing of notification letters to parents on Feb. 6
