Southland Gasoline Prices Remain Stable

LOS ANGELES, CA -- The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County dropped by one-tenth of a cent today for the second consecutive day to $2.830.

The average price is two-tenths of a cent less than one week ago and $1.118 lower than one year ago but 1.2 cents more than one month ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The Orange County average price dropped two-tenths of a cent to $2.807, one day after being unchanged. It is one-tenth of a cent more than one week ago but one-tenth of a cent less than one month ago and $1.114 lower than one
year ago.
