6 Pacific Commons Restaurants Have Pop-Up Patios

Now that outdoor dining is officially allowed in Alameda County, these restaurants are ready to serve you: List.

FREMONT, CA — Are you overdue for date night? Alameda County finally got official approval for outdoor dining on Wednesday, and Pacific Commons was quick to spread the word that it is working with the city to pilot a new program called “Pop Up Patio” at the shopping center.

"Pop Up Patio will allow brick-and-mortar retailers or restaurants, when permitted by Alameda County, to make temporary use of adjacent public or private outdoor space to expand the area in which they conduct business," the shopping center said in an email

The first businesses to pilot this program at Pacific Commons are a group of restaurants that include:

The city is currently reviewing additional Pop Up Patio permits, so the list of participating retailers and restaurants should quickly grow.

The pop-up program is tentatively scheduled to run through October.
