Call for en plein air artists: Fremont Festival of the Arts
This competition invites local painters to create and compete on Festival grounds, during Festival hours, with a $175 top prize
The Fremont Festival of the Arts is holding its second En Plein Air Nouveau contest at the 35th Annual Fremont Festival of the Arts.
En Plein Air is a French expression for “in the open air.” This competition invites local painters to create and compete on Festival grounds, during Festival hours. The competition will take place on Saturday, August 4th from 11am – 4:30pm. A winner will be announced on the Main Stage at 5:00pm on Saturday and the 1st and 2nd place winners will be on display all day Sunday at the Festival.
What's At Stake:
1st Place - $175 CASH + Ribbon
2nd Place - $75 CASH + Ribbon
Winners will be determined by a panel of judges on the following criteria: Skill, Composition, Creativity

How to Register:
Registration is easy through EventBrite. The Entry Fee is $20 + online fees. But hurry, there is a very limited amount of spaces available.
