If we are all going to leave, why not protect the people we will be leaving behind? Some people have said they don't know how, or don't know the differences between a Will or Trust or why can't I do it later?

You can, but why wait for spring, summer or fall? It's a living document, you can keep adding to it as your life changes.

Recently, I became an Executor for a friend.. it was only because he had wishes that I couldn't do for him unless he had a will.

A friend of mine said, she lost 4 clients due to COVID all four of them had families. None of them had a Will or Insurance, it was a mess.

As a child I remember that my father was really mad at one of his brothers, as he died and didn't leave an insurance policy so his wife and three children were protected. He supported them until they could get on their feet.

To me, this is being unkind or not responsible.
