FREMONT, CA — In a development certain to leave some kids with long faces, the City of Fremont has canceled the annual Kids ‘n’ Kites Festival and the Aqua Adventure Waterpark Open House.
They were scheduled for Saturday, May 18, and it's supposed to rain all day.
