Fremont Plans National Night Out
After last year's event was held virtually due to the pandemic, the neighborhood gathering is back. Plan now!

FREMONT, CA — National Night Out gives neighbors the opportunity to get to know each other better and sends a message to criminals that the community looks out for each other by reporting suspicious activity in their neighborhood.
Many groups organize barbecues or ice cream socials where neighbors share good food, laughter and updates on what is happening in the neighborhood. These are held in parks, in front yards, or block parties.
If you plan to block off your street for your celebration, you will need to obtain a block party permit from the City of Fremont by contacting Barbara Yee-Charlson at 510-494-4561. The cost of the permit is $20.
