Man Arrested After Exposing Himself to Woman and Children

The 26-year-old was also charged with public intoxication.

A 26-year-old Fremont man was arrested Monday after exposing himself to a mother and her children at the Fremont Hub, police said. 

According to the Argus, the incident occurred around 5:10 p.m. after a manager at Kasper’s Hot Dogs reported a man urinating in the parking lot and exposing himself to a customer and her children, who were between the ages of 10 and 13.

Officers responded to the scene and located the suspect — identified as Varinder Pandher of Fremont — across the street at the Islander Motel.

Pandher was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and public intoxication.
