Ohlone College Flasher Arrested
Rahem Gipson, 23, was arrested Friday on suspicion of obstructing an officer, resisting arrest and indecent exposure.
A 23-year-old Fremont transient is behind bars after exposing himself to a woman at Ohlone College Friday morning.Â
According to the Fremont Police Department, Ohlone College police called for help in catching a flashing suspect at about 11:55 a.m.
An arriving officer located the suspect — identified as Rahem Gipson — on Mission Boulevard near Starr Street. The suspect immediately fled on foot and hopped over fences.

Officers set up a perimeter and located Gipson hiding in a backyard on Nido Court.
Gipson was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, obstructing an officer and resisting arrest, police said.
