Rotary Club Of Niles Fremont “Spring Fling” Raised $63,000
Proceeds To Provide New Laptops to Local Elementary Schools

The Rotary Club of Niles Fremont (www.nilesrotary.org) recently held their “ Spring Fling”, a virtual fundraising event on March 20, 2021 and as a result, the club raised $63,000.
The proceeds raised will benefit three Fremont Unified School District Elementary School -- Azevada, Harvey Green, and Oliveira. The funds will be used to purchase new laptops for their students.
“Each school will receive $21,000 for the purchase of new Chromebooks for their students to use, learn, and enjoy,” said Audrey Kearns, Club President-Elect 2021-22.

“We are pleased with the outcome and wish to thank those who attend, participated in the auction and our Sponsors,” she added.
