Sun Halo Over Lake Elizabeth: Photos Of The Day

FREMONT, CA — This beautiful sun halo, caused when light passes through ice crystals under the right conditions, was photographed by Raj Thangaraj at Lake Elizabeth in Fremont. The photos were taken at the beginning of May.
