Why Go: Workout for a good cause! Popular zumba instructor Mimi Quiroz will lead the 90-minute session. Proceeds will go toward new wrestling uniforms for the James Logan High Girls Wrestling Team, the defending NCS champions. To pre-register for the event, contact loganwrestlingfund@gmail.com.

TIME WARP: A ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW THEMED EVENT
Where/When: The Bistro, 1001 B St. in Hayward; Saturday at 7 p.m.
Why Go: Support Community Resources for Independent Living at this unique fundraiser for those 21 and up. Guests can dance to local band Razor Train, who will be playing tunes from the cult movie under the backdrop of selected movie clips. Dressing up in Rocky Horror Picture Show attire is optional, but there will be a prize for best costume. All the while, learn about disability history, bid on silent auction items, eat food and enjoy cold drinks.Â
Price: Advance tickets are $15.00 or $20.00 with a movie participation fun bag. If space allows, tickets will be available at the door for $25.
Where/When: Sunol AgPark, 505 Paloma Way in Sunol; Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
