What A Median-Priced Home Looks Like In Fremont

What would you say is the average home in Fremont?

If you go by the median price, this could be it.

Last week, Data Quik released figures on the median price for homes in every town in the East Bay.  The price included condominiums and townhouses as well as single-family homes.

In the 94555 zip code, the median home price of the 45 homes sold in April was $565,000.

A home listed just less than that, at $535,000, is this Fremont house. 

The home, which was built in 1967, is 1,256 square feet.
