Open:
Some businesses, especially retail and restaurants.
Closed:
City, county, state and federal government offices;Â Fremont public schools and school district offices; courthouses; banks.
It's a holiday for the United States Postal Service so there will be no mail service on Monday. Since this is a federal holiday, federal agencies that haven't already been closed by the government shutdown will be closed.
