Attention friends and family of Fresno County Jail inmates. Effective April 5, 2021, Global Tel Link (GTL) will be the provider for inmate phone services. Money can be added to a GTL account by visiting https://www.gtl.net/ or calling 1-800-483-8314.

As of April 1, 2021, you should not place any money with Legacy Inmate Communications, as it is no longer a telephone provider for Fresno County Jail inmates. For customer service issues regarding inmate telephone services, please contact Legacy at (888) 729-4326 or online at www.legacyinmate.com
