For nearly 20 years, Kidz Bop has been releasing compilation albums of hits performed by a group of all-children singers. The kids record their own renditions of popular songs, and explicit lyrics are rewritten to be family friendly.

Kidz Bop is the brain child of Cliff Chenfeld and Craig Balsam, Razor & Tie cofounders, who developed the idea in 2001. In the time since, the red-hot franchise has sold more than 16 million albums. The brand has even expanded to include merchandise, talent search competitions and music videos. A total of 40 albums have been produced to date, featuring an array of holiday hits, dance albums, classic covers, international songs and more.

In 2007, the first Kidz Bop World Tour kicked off for a six-month run. But it wasn't until seven years later, in 2014, that Kidz Bop has been hosting yearly nationwide tours. The "Kidz Bop World Tour 2019" will start in Madison, Wisconsin. From there, it will travel to 29 cities across the U.S. and Canada before wrapping in Vancouver, British Columbia, in March 2020.
