1 Killed In Morgan Hill Crash After Car Runs Stop Sign
Responders extricated the victim but he died. Witnesses saw one of the two cars drive through a stop sign before the crash, police said.
MORGAN HILL, CA — A driver died in a two-vehicle crash Monday morning in Morgan Hill after one driver apparently ran a stop sign, police said.
Officers were dispatched at 10:59 a.m. to Sutter Boulevard and Jarvis Drive where they found two vehicles with major damage.
One vehicle's driver had significant injuries and was trapped inside his vehicle, police said. Officers found him unresponsive.

Emergency personnel extricated the victim but he died. The man's name is not being released yet, officials with the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office said.
The other driver stayed at the scene and is being cooperative with investigators, according to police.

It's unclear yet whether both drivers were wearing their seatbelts. Police said witnesses saw one driver drive through a stop sign before the crash.
