Fatality Reported In Motorcycle, Big Rig Crash On U.S. Hwy 101
The collision happened at about 2:20 p.m. Friday near Burnett Avenue, according to California Highway Patrol.
MORGAN HILL, CA — A least one person died in a crash Friday on U.S. Highway 101 north of Morgan Hill, California Highway Patrol reported. The collision involved a motorcycle and a big-rig and happened at about 2:20 p.m. Friday on southbound 101 near Burnett Avenue north of Morgan Hill, according to CHP.
As Sig-alert was in place as of 3:36 p.m., with the number three and four lanes closed because of the crash.
At 6:09 p.m., CHP reported that all lanes were re-opened.
