Firefighters Put Out Gilroy Structure Fire, Residents Displaced
Firefighters extinguished the blaze on Sunday night and requested assistance from the American Red Cross for displaced residents.
GILROY, CA — Firefighters in Gilroy extinguished a structure fire on Highway 25 and Bolsa Road that displaced residents on Sunday night.
Cal Fire SCU reported the blaze shortly after 8:30 p.m. and said it was contained around an hour later, along with a request from the American Red Cross for assistance with displaced residents.
Firefighters remained on scene for a few hours. Pictures showed what appeared to be extensive damage to a structure.
